SHIPPING INFORMATION
We charge a flat rate of $15 for shipping within Australia. Please allow 3-5 days to receive your shipment. We ship via Express Post with Australia Post and make every effort to ensure that your order arrives in a timely and perfect condition. All products are carefully packed in accordance with Australia Post guidelines. If you require your order urgently please advise at the time of ordering.
Orders will be shipped with 2-3 days of your order. You will be notified via email if there is any reason for delay. Certain heavy or oversized items may be subject to higher shipping charges. Jacadi will contact customer to advise before shipping.
CLICK & COLLECT ORDERS
We have the option of ‘local pick up’ at our Prahran and Woollahra stores. Please allow 3-5 days before you receive an automatic email that will let you know when your order is ready for collection at the store of your choice.
