However, if you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased online we are happy to provide you with a store credit, exchange or refund to the value of the item purchased (shipping charges not included) *.
*Please ensure that your return meets the following conditions:
- All returns that wish to be returned for exchange or refund must be received by Jacadi within 14 days of receiving your order.
- The item(s) must be returned in brand new condition, in the original packaging (wherever possible), and with all paperwork, parts and accessories included
- No refund will be given on change of mind purchases – exchanges can only be made within 14 days
- Final sale merchandise* are considered a final sale and cannot be returned unless it is for a size exchange if products are still available. *Items discounted at 50% or more of the original price
- Subject to proof of purchase, we are happy to provide an exchange, credit voucher or refund on any product purchased exhibiting a genuine manufacturing fault
- Tights, stockings and socks that have been tried on cannot be returned due to health and safety reasons

- All returns are to be sent to Jacadi Paris, 546 Malvern Road, Prahran Victoria 3181, or alternatively take your item(s) into any of our Australian store locations for exchange
